Guided Introduction to Meditation


Meditation training is done in order to get your brain waves into other modes of consciousness, as well as to train your body to get into those modes faster and hold them longer and more intensely.  With training, you will be able to operate in a meditative state throughout your day, as well as shift modes as needed. 

Energy is all around us and in us.  Flowing and falling, rising and ebbing.  It is us and we are energy.  We must learn to use the various forms of energy to interact within us as well as without us.  Your thoughts are a reflection of which form of energy you are interacting with.  They can also be used to tune you to the designed energy level.  Thoughts, colors and sound are all analogs of energy type as well as intensity.  Conversely, like a mathematical equation, all parts can be modified to affect the rest.  Because of this balance, gaps can provide answers to the unknown.

Through this introduction to Meditation, JA RA will teach personally how shapes, colors, and sounds all relate to energy, and in turn relate to the energy systems of your body.

This 1 hour combined instruction and meditation session will begin with a 10 to 15-minute introduction, followed by a 30-minute guided session of audio and meditation using JA’s custom mix of frequencies. We will close with a 15-minute discussion/review. This can be done in person or over the phone.
